Send an email or letter to you local MSP highlighting the importance of quick access to mental health services for everyone and ask their opinions on community based services and what areas need improving.

Start a Petition

A petition is a great way to get people together and stand up for what you believe in.  This can be done in various ways.  You can collect signatures on paper or online.  An online petition can be created on the Scottish Government website by clicking here. Paper petitions can be handed in to your local council office or MSP.

Find Your Local MSP

To find your local MSP, visit www.parliament.scot/msps.aspx enter your postcode and click on find MSP. It will then show a list with details of who to contact in your area.
